“Standards vs goals” this was a most poignant piece of the conversation for me. I love it when modern science aligns with ancient yogic wisdom! With practice, the Yogi can become immune to the highs and lows of life. Focus on the work at hand, keep trying and don’t get too caught up in failure or success. That has helped me a lot in life on and off the mat!

Oh la la. I’m excited for this one! BTW - when it comes to “optimal confidence and comfort” in starting convos with beautiful women... these are mandatory ⬇️ 1. Kindness Did you know a survey of 64,000 women revealed that the number one trait they look for isn't about physical attributes (like peepee size or big biceps) or material possessions? It was being kind. Start conversations with kindness. 2. Don’t take anything personal Since I was 28, men have often asked me, “Why would she do that?!” Honestly, my friend, I don't know. I can only give my opinion and hypotheses, but ultimately, I have no idea what's going on in her mind. I don’t even know what I’m thinking sometimes.  Sometimes I want a salad for lunch. Sometimes I want a burrito.  Sometimes neither. 45 min later…  I still haven’t eaten.  My point: when she’s not as engaged, not as energetic, or whatever…  Don’t take it personal, brotha.  There’s likely stuff going on in her life you would have never known about. _ I write advice daily on self improvement, dating, and relationships. Follow for actionable advice that’s medium-funny. ✌️

Great episode. So much valuable information!

Can not wait to watch it.

Listening right now with one hour to go of this 3 hour conversation. This information is vitally important. I am 55. I weight train 3 times a week with heavy weights. I run, hike, do yoga and cold plunge regularly. I will be running up mountains when I’m 80 and beyond. It’s never too late to start focusing on strength AND I would say, listen to this podcast and commit to these strategies about eating protein, exercising regularly specifically weight and strength training. I feel better at 55 then 45.
