A new Huberman Lab episode is out now on how to improve skin health and appearance.
For years when I was on a mixed whole foods diet I became sun sensitive around age 50. The sun felt like it was always burning me so, I stayed out of it mostly for about 8-9 years, until I started eating a carnivore diet. Suddenly the sun felt good again after about a year on the diet. It felt so good in fact I found myself wanting more and more of it like when I was a teen aged guy. It suddenly feels therapeutic again for the first time in what seems like at least a decade or more. The carnivore diet has healed my body in so many ways and it's incredible. At almost 62, I feel like it is reversing my age. Insane but awesome!

Do you know of anything that solve the tremor problems in my mother's hands? She has had the ultrasound done in the frontal lobe, I think that is where it was, but a month later she got the tremors back.
First thing that came to mind……. NOT the bodies largest Organ. Thanx Dr. Galpin. Go Dodgers.
Love this Man’s content!
Excited for this one🙌
