I just decreased our rent by 30% in 48 hours, here's how I did it: (Commercial property in a downtown area) And yes, you can do it for your business too. When we opened our Studio & HQ, there were a lot of ideas in the air. One in particular, was renting our studio space to other creatives. After all furnishings were complete, we excitedly put it up for rent. To my surprise, there was a measly 2 bookings in the first 3 months. What did I do? I practice what I preach, and made a video advertisement for it. The results? 4 bookings. Instantly. Where are we at now? About 1-2 rentals per week that don't interfere with our work but pay almost 50% of rent. For a commercial property, in one of the richest neighborhoods in Northern Virginia. This is what I mean when I say: "Videos that sell, and don't just look pretty"

Fear not, there are simple yet effective strategies you can use to improve the viewing experience for both you and your potential tenants. While it may not magically transform a disinterested person into a committed potential tenant, it can certainly leave a positive and lasting impression that nudges them closer to making a tenancy application.
