What AI notetakers or video recorders are you currently using? Have you used any tools in the past? What were your experiences? ๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐๐จ: - Seamless Recording: Video capture, full notes transcript, and call summaries. Optional: Identify key next steps. - Integration: Smooth integration with Zoom and Google Meet. - CRM Compatibility: Native integration with HubSpot to log calls directly under the right company, prospect, and current deal. - Automatic Joining: Ability to join any calls automatically and to be added after a call starts if needed. - Team Access: Acts as a calls database accessible by team members, with the ability to search across calls (e.g., common product feedback, how often a use case is mentioned). P.S. Not looking for coaching tools. #AINotetaker #MeetingTools #Productivity #HubSpotIntegration #Zoom #GoogleMeet
Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant and Krisp are both good options. Fathom does all of the above right now. Krisp is moving in that direction quickly. Both are great value for what they offer.
They are all pretty much the same. Quality difference may be in the range of 5-10% but in the bigger picture it is neglectable. If you have apollo then it is usually enough to turn on their call recording bot. https://tldv.io/ is also good as solid multi language support (if that is relevant). Beyond that use any of the recommendation here in the thread or the tool that you are testing.
Arnaud, thanks for sharing!

3wFor context, I have been testing https://grain.com/ in my evaluation and fairly solid tool so far.
