"The creation of a thousand forests is in one acorn" Our Asahi Europe & International colleagues have put these wise words by Ralph Waldo Emerson in practice over the past months by coming together and volunteering to plant trees and bushes in two villages near Prague: Jeneč and Úholičky. In all, 36 colleagues participated in 3 tree planting events, planting 47 trees and 157 bushes through our valued partnership with Sázíme stromy, whose expertise and enthusiasm contributed to this success. We plan to continue planting trees this coming Autumn – helping to create the forests of the future while fostering a sense of community and teamwork. A huge thank you to all colleagues who took part. Let's keep growing together! #WeAreAsahi #Legacy2030 #SázímeStromy

Celebrate the Stripes: Happy International Zebra Day! Admighty Foundation joins the global community in celebrating International Zebra Day! As a non-profit dedicated to Health, Education, and Environment, we find inspiration in the distinctive black and white stripes of these majestic creatures. Why Zebras? Zebras, with their unique patterns, symbolize harmony in diversity. Much like the diverse ecosystems we strive to protect, these creatures embody the importance of balance and coexistence. Our Striped Planet: Admighty Foundation recognizes the interconnectedness of all species and ecosystems. On this day, let's reflect on preserving the beauty of biodiversity and protecting the habitats that sustain life. Stripes Unite Us: Just as zebras find strength in their stripes, humanity finds strength in unity. Together, let's strive for a world where every living being can thrive. Join the Stripes of Change: Visit our website to discover how Admighty Foundation contributes to a healthier planet. Together, we can create a world where every stripe—human or zebra—adds to the vibrant tapestry of life. #InternationalZebraDay #AdmightyFoundation #Biodiversity #StripesOfChange WWF WWF Indonesia WWF-UK WWF India

What's on our 'To Do list'? Well, one of the SDG's aligned to our ESG strategy is Global Goal number 15. Protect life on land 🌳🐻 In the six seconds it takes you to read this, an area of rainforest the size of a football pitch has been lost. Goal 15 is protecting our land and nurturing our planet’s plants, forests, insects and animals. What do we do? 💚 This year, we entered into a long-term partnership with Rewilding Europe, an independent, non-for-profit foundation that supports rewilding landscapes across Europe. 💚 In November 2021, we planted 20,000 with Ecologi | Certified B Corp to celebrate our 20th business anniversary and through our commitment to be a Climate Friendly Workforce, we continued to support tree planting initiatives each month on behalf of the team. We currently have 25,835 trees in our ‘forest’ 💚 ES has been supporting Berlin City Trees, a local campaign for a few years now - we currently have a tree planted in the city for every member of staff! What can you do? 1. Support organisations like WWF’s Amazon project 2. Plant native species in your garden 3. Reducing your meat intake and switching it for seasonal vegetables #GlobalGoals #ImagineWinning #worldstodolist 📸 Florian Möllers | Rewilding Europe 📸

Elevating brands through Strategic Alliances & Partnerships/Integrated Marketing & Branding/ Commitment to CSR & Sustainability
Want to Revive your lungs?? Your lungs efficacy has direct correlation with lungs of your city 🫁🫁 It is very surprising and sad to see that people don’t even recognize that trees/ plants are living, providing us oxygen and shade. As we have taken it for granted that we will get air to breathe everyday and survive, but the question is how fresh is the air?? Urbanisation brings its own problems but we never paid attention on these issues. Records says more kids are facing respiratory issues due to contaminated and polluted air. If we can’t control industrialisation and development lets arrrive at a balance by growing trees. Pick up special occasions and just plant 🌲🌲🌳🌴🌴🌳. Thanks to Catch Foundation : NGO Working For Environment Protection to make it easy for us to contribute and be a part of growing Urban dense forests. Lets convert Urbanconcrete to Urbangreenery. #plantation #protectearth #growtrees #urbanjungle
Anuj Ramatri has recently shared an insightful video discussing the work of the Catch Foundation : NGO Working For Environment Protection and our initiatives to help you plant a tree. 🌱 I am really grateful for Anuj's recognition of our efforts and the dedication of our CATCH team members. 🙏 With the support and commitment from individuals like Mr. Anuj and our CSR Partners we have successfully grown 71 dense forests till now and will continue to work tirelessly for the betterment of our environment. 🌳💚 Watch the video to learn more about our journey and ongoing projects at the CATCH Foundation (https://lnkd.in/dcxijVPa)

What's the connection between Volunteering Week, a Minister of Conservation asking us to accept species extinction, and Te Tiriti? Let's start with choosing which species you allow to go extinct. For Māori, the culture, sense of identity, inherited wisdom passed down through the generations, orientation, and whakapapa is intrinsically interwoven with the natural world. What happens to the genealogy, the knowledge, the whakatauki that relates to a species that no longer exists? What happens to a culture when their stories no longer make sense because future generations don't know what a kauri or a kuaka are? The Minister said it would take a superhuman effort to save everything. Volunteer Week is a celebration of superhuman efforts. Of people who come together to tackle the big issues Governments are unable to solve alone. Can we save everything? Absolutely! Will it take a superhuman effort? Certainly! Does it matter? If we don't do this then we continue to ignore the rights of access to cultural practice, and identity protected under Te Tiriti. And for many non Māori, our identity and sense of place is also connected to our environment. We're Kiwis after all! What will it take? Collaboration across all sectors. Shared power and decision making. Empowering Tangata whenua and community action. Agencies genuinely and transparently looking to be inclusive, rather than obstructive through an over focus on process over outcomes. And siloed thinking. Policies and long term commitments, not fickle political point scoring that abandons sensible and crucial investment because 'the other guys did it.' So, can we do it? We must! #toitutetiriti #nature #conservation #collectiveaction

Digital Media Specialist @Almo Nature for @Fondazione Capellino & Social Media Marketing and Branding Expert
Reintegration Economy is "profit serving purpose". Our "purpose" is the protection of biodiversity and the renaturalization of habitats, for the benefit of the entire planet. All this is made possible by the profit that Almo Nature derives from the sale of the best quality dog and cat products on the market and which is entirely donated to the projects of the Fondazione Capellino, with a perfect circular economy. The iconic bowl celebrated in our new commercial represents precisely this: it is the ark that renews the pact between humans and nature. Jump on board too, no one can afford to sit still and watch anymore. Programming of the commercial on Google (Search and Youtube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) channels from today on in France, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. #Regenerative #grazing and #avocados in #Tanzania. Way to go kibidula farm! #holisticmanagement #agroforestry #regenerativeagriculture #agroecology
Exciting update from Tanzania! 🌍 One of our team members has been on an inspiring journey at Kibidula Farm, which supports the commercial operation for the Kibidula mission. Soon, he and his wife will be stepping in as brand ambassadors and were there to interview staff, missionaries, and more...however they made quite the discovery while doing so! They found out the Central Tanzania farm has been using AMP grazing in between rows of avocado trees for just over a year. They've documented huge improvement in soil, biodiversity, bird & critter life and much healthier avocado trees bearing better fruit. It was extra exciting to hear that the woman in charge of herd management knew all about Carbon Cowboys and Roots So Deep - an ode to the global impact this community has! We're elated to celebrate farmers worldwide who are embracing these practices for a healthier planet. Tag us in your regenerative farm photos - we'd love to celebrate you too. 🌾

Like all cool ideas, it started over a beer. 🍻 It's a humid evening in the heart of the Amazon rainforest, and amidst the dense foliage stands a humble cinder block cabin. I chat with a fellow adventurer, Sam Taylor. As we celebrate Sam’s race finish, conversation turns to wild ideas, it seems to happen often when I have a beer in my hand. Suddenly, an audacious plan to create a race unlike any other, spanning five conservancies in Kenya, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting the unsung heroes: the rangers safeguarding wildlife. We got to work. With all five conservancies teaming with wildlife, we soon found ourselves on a journey fraught with challenges. From navigating bureaucratic hurdles to overcoming logistical problems. Not once did either of us think about quitting but we knew we were going to have to create an incredible team to make it possible. As we approach our 5th edition and nearly half a million pound raised for ranger and rhino welfare. I thought it would be a good time to reflect on what key things made it all possible. Shared Purpose When everyone rallied behind a common cause, the magic happened. We defined a clear, inspiring purpose that resonated with every team member, driving them to go above and beyond. Collaborative Spirit We encouraged an environment where collaboration thrived. Embraced diverse perspectives, harnessed collective strengths, and watched as innovation flourished to overcome challenges. Resilience in Adversity Challenges were inevitable, but it's how we responded that made the difference. As Ultra runners ourselves, there was an inbuilt culture of resilience, where setbacks are seen as opportunities for growth and exciting. Celebrating Milestones We Acknowledged and celebrated every step of the journey. Whether it was a small victory or a monumental achievement, that recognition fuelled motivation and strengthened the team. Legacy of Impact Beyond the immediate success lies a lasting legacy of impact. Our team want to leave a meaningful footprint, creating positive change that resonates far and wide. 🏔️ Championing a Different Snowscapes: AlpineStandards' Commitment to POW Italia! 🌍 We are thrilled to announce that through our generous donation, we've proudly sponsored the 2023 summit of POW Italy (Protect Our Winters). This September, in collaboration with 1% for the Planet, which we are honored to be part of, we took a proactive stance in supporting POW Italia. But what is POW all about? Protect Our Winters Italy is a movement mobilized to combat climate change, with a specific focus on safeguarding our winter paradises. They advocate for systemic policy solutions to the global climate crisis by engaging and mobilizing the snow sports community. One of the significant highlights of the summit was the discussion by the board of directors on the BeyondSnow project. Beyondsnow is more than just a project; it's a mission. It envisions increasing the socio-ecological climate resilience of Snow Tourism Destinations, ensuring they remain or even elevate their allure for residents and tourists. The project is set to pioneer new sustainable development pathways, transition processes, and tangible solutions across ten specific pilot working areas, spanning six Alpine countries. An inclusive approach means that through training and awareness activities, everyone, from citizens to high-level decision-makers, will be part of this transformative journey. At AlpineStandards, such initiatives resonate deeply with our core values. They represent the kind of commitment we've pledged towards giving back to the mountain community. To delve deeper into how we're making a difference, check out our ESG policy and join us in our mission. 👉 https://lnkd.in/dRjqETum 👈 Together, let's champion a responsable future! 🌲❄️
