Elan spoke on a panel titled "How to Achieve the Best Hiring Outcomes Through Talent Assessment." It was an incredible opportunity to learn from and connect with top leaders from Private Equity, Executive Search, and HR. 💡 A key takeaway from the conference is the overwhelming evidence of the importance of good human capital decisions for private equity firms. A talent playbook powered by objective data can significantly impact the results of portfolio companies. ⚡ There is huge potential for private equity firms that create synergy between sound people processes and technology. It is also clear that technology should augment, not replace, human decisions.
