A deep heart filled thank you. To this network. 2023 has definitely been a year of growth and opportunity. But before I could see the growth and opportunities I needed to step outside my comfort zone. Outside your comfort zone you will find opportunities for growth. Opportunity is everywhere, sometimes you have to look a little harder. Opportunity requires dedication and a positive mindset. If your still breathing then you have a chance for opportunity. I see opportunity (the 6th sense reference) Many of you don’t see opportunity unless it strikes you across the face. In 2023 I created opportunities and I was receptive to new opportunities. 2024 will be the year I can capitalize on those opportunities and see exponential growth. Even in the rejections, no returned emails, phone calls and left on read DM messages there is still an opportunity. I wish/hope/pray for all you the same amount of success in 2024. Raise your glass to the opportunities that will be abundant.

3 years to this email and the opportunity that changed everything for me! 🪄 7th September 2020, I started working with Ankur Warikoo and became a part of wariCrew :') This opportunity is not just my first biggest design gig, but something that has taught me and still teaches me life. Reflecting back, I'm grateful for everything wariCrew has given me. 1) I learnt to trust. Trust me, trust people, trust processes, and literally everything that is happening to me. 2) The courage to make mistakes and to own upto them. To fail and still show up each time without any excuses. 3) The realization that I can meaningfully tick things off from my bucket list while working, and doing everything that I want. 4) The reflection of "fix me, fix my world". 5) Got introduced to the importance of processes and routines, both at work and in life. 6) The ability to constantly question my beliefs and to resist the obvious. 7) And the most precious one, the mindset to keep discovering and exploring the world, and through that my own self. Ankur Warikoo, thank you for this opportunity and everything that you do for wariCrew :)) We're grateful to have you!!

I very rarely post on here but I had the urge to share some of my thoughts with you all, whether you want to read them or not that’s up to you. 🙏 Today, I want to speak to you about an important aspect of our lives that often gets overlooked in the hustle and bustle of our work: The importance of staying grounded and not letting our work life overrun our personal lives. We are all human, with our own sets of emotions, challenges, and needs. It's crucial that we remember to appreciate the hard work that everyone around us is putting in, as a little appreciation can go a long way. In our fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the demands of our jobs and lose sight of the fact that we are dealing with real people, not just resources or numbers on a spreadsheet. No one truly knows what's going on in someone else's personal life, and it's important to show kindness and respect to all those we interact with. A simple gesture of appreciation or a kind word can make a world of difference to someone who may be struggling with personal challenges. We must also be mindful of the stress and pressure that our words and actions can cause in others. The weight of our expectations and demands can be overwhelming for our colleagues, and it's important to be realistic in what we ask of them. Taking the time to reflect on what is truly important and not overworking our employees is essential for maintaining a healthy work environment. Let us remember that at the core of every organisation are people, people with families, dreams, struggles and a background story. Let us treat each other with empathy, understanding, and respect. Let us create a culture of appreciation and support, where everyone feels valued and heard. So, I urge you all to take a moment to appreciate the hard work of those around you, to show kindness and respect in your interactions, and to be mindful of the impact of your words and actions on others. Let us strive to create a work environments where people can thrive, both professionally and personally. Thank you for your attention. I don't know what Fridays are supposed to look like. I don't believe in "supposed to___". When I stepped out of the box some years ago, it dissolved. There is no box. A business doesn't need to look a certain way. There is no such thing as business dress - it's a construct. An entrepreneur doesn't need to hustle or be salesy or "get ahead of the competition". There is no competition. Every business has a different flavour and resonates with a different person. You get to BE you. I get to BE me. We get to breathe to our own individual rhythms. We get to embody peace and freedom and kindness and Love in the way it feels good for us. We get to BE together on our beautiful Mother Earth with different ideas, opinions, strengths and desires. We get to gather at our collective table, our world, and gift ourselves as we are, to our collective, appreciative of the gifts we receive from one another. Thank you for BE-ing at our collective table. Let's break bread and share conversation, celebrating our common desire to UN-become who we are not and live the individual truths that are in our hearts. You shouldn't fear something that you don't know. This also shouldn't prevent you from reaching your true potential. "If you think the cost of winning is expensive, wait until you get the bill of regret". (TIM GROVER) On the back of rejection, not being wanted or given a chance, this forced me to do something that I truly feared - go on my own. Benefits: ▶️ I am my own boss and keep learning daily ▶️ In 8 months, I have earnt more than I would have done in a year of employment ▶️ My network has become so influential amd grown with amazing people ▶️ I learn new things daily Challenges: 🚩 It's lonely being on your own 🚩 The travel, the staying over - its exhausting 🚩 It can be overwhelming 🚩 Knowing how my books work / actually running a business 🚩 The hours Everyday, I am grateful for the day that at the time, was the worst in my career. This post isn't about bragging, it's to show that there are always options, a way and a different path no matter how difficult it may seem. There could be 99 reasons not to do something and only 1 why you should - FOCUS ON THAT 1 REASON WHY YOU SHOULD. Thank you to everyone that has been part of this incredible journey so far - it genuinely means alot. Also, don't under estimate the power of LinkedIn 📈

Hosting my first LinkedIn audio event last week has been a journey filled with surprises, growth, and heartfelt connections. It was amazing to see all the wonderful people that joined me from all over the world that supported me :) Stepping into the public sphere so openly on LinkedIn, is so NEW to me. I wanted to share with you who are thinking about doing this some lessons that are not often talked about: 1️⃣ Embrace Vulnerability: Being public means exposing yourself, not just professionally but personally. It's scary but incredibly rewarding. 2️⃣ Community Engagement: It's not just about speaking; it's about listening and engaging. Your audience's insights can be gold. 3️⃣ Technology is a Friend (and Sometimes a Foe): Being tech-savvy is great, but always have a backup plan! 4️⃣ Prepare but Stay Flexible: Preparation helps, but spontaneity can spark the most memorable moments. 5️⃣ Expect the Unexpected: My conversation with Regina M. Noriega is a perfect example of this lesson. Just when I thought I had anticipated all the questions, she threw me a curveball by asking about my favorite food/car and places to visit. These personal questions not only caught me off guard but also allowed us to connect on a different, more human level. The event turned into not just a professional exchange but a genuine and warm conversation. The audience seemed to appreciate this unique glimpse into my life, making the interaction all the more engaging and memorable. 6️⃣ Authenticity Shines: Being yourself, even in a professional setting, resonates with people. Here's to embracing the unexpected and the beautiful connections it can create! 🌟 A big thank you to everyone who joined and contributed.
