This is not about energy transition but the transition of mankind. The technology is there, The need for less energy consumption is there. The change in the head, the heart and in poltics is still not at the level that urgency is internalyzed in our brains and focus is achieved. The death valley of change curve is still to deep and too wide. Understanding how to change and how we change our behavior is the real challenge here. The good news is when you understand it, you begin to like it and much is possible. The bad news is 60% of humans experienced organzational and personal change as a berievement proces. 15% of humans are really good in it. 11% are women. So how we trigger people to adapt to energy transition? What in for me? or What will be gone in 15years from now?

the issue is more an irresponsible consumption and over usage of resources... yes demography is increasing it's a fact but the question is do we all need this "standard" life that "buyers" define? !! there is no issue we created issues so we can sale! go to basics. it amazes me how even language is standardized now it's like fashion now all you hear is sustainability .. it's unbelievable how few are transforming the mass into sheeps..
