Pride Month is almost over but impactful support should last all year. Here are some ways organizations can meaningfully champion LGBTQ+ inclusion year-round: 🏥 Inclusive benefits: Offer equitable benefits like health insurance that covers same-sex partners and gender-affirming healthcare services. 🧠 Education and training: Conduct regular DEI training sessions that include LGBTQ+ awareness and allyship training for all employees. 👥 Employee Resource Groups: Support or establish LGBTQ+ ERGs to provide a space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to connect. 🌏 Community engagement: Support LGBTQ+ organizations and nonprofits year-round through volunteering, giving, granting and more.
