How to build and maintain a workforce that is fit for the future, in times where automation and generative AI are about to shake up the job landscape? This was one of the central questions of last week’s HR Leadership Round Table Lunch. HR professionals and leaders from various organizations came together in our KPMG office and we discussed on the future of HR. 👉 We had engaging conversations, participants sparked insightful discussions on pressing HR topics, fostering collaboration and fresh ideas. 💡 Building on both external data and firsthand experience, Morgane de Montlivault and myself shared insights and concrete examples of how the world of work is changing and the essential role HR plays to transform the way we work and to drive workforce planning and shaping. 🥂 We connected and shared experiences in an informal setting with industry peers, fostering valuable relationships. 🙏 A big thank you to the clients and KPMG colleagues who contributed to the event's success. While this event may be in the past, the energy and ideas generated will continue to drive HR excellence. Let's keep the momentum going and make HR leadership even stronger! 🚀 If you want to know more about the insights that were shared, don’t hesitate to get in touch. #HRLeadership #KPMG #People #Change #StrategicWorkforcePlanning #Upskilling #Reskilling #FutureOfWork

🚀 Exciting Insights from the Deloitte #2024 #Global #Human #Capital #Trends The future of HR is here, and it's all about embracing #boundaryless #HR to navigate five major shifts reshaping the workplace landscape. Let's dive into the key takeaways and why boundaryless HR is the game-changer we need: 1️⃣ Unlocking Human Performance: It's time to move beyond traditional productivity metrics and focus on unleashing human potential. HR's new role? To champion individual growth and development, tailored to unique needs. Imagine a workplace where every employee feels supported and empowered to thrive! 2️⃣ Elevating Human Sustainability: Employee engagement is just the tip of the iceberg. Our goal now? Human sustainability – fostering environments where people flourish professionally and personally. As leaders, we have a responsibility to create value for our workforce and society at large. 3️⃣ Orchestrating Work: Work is no longer confined to job descriptions; it's about fluidly organizing based on skills and tapping into diverse talent pools. HR's role? To lead the charge in orchestrating this new workforce ecosystem, driving agility, innovation, and collaboration. 4️⃣ Driving Business Transformation: HR isn't just a support function anymore; it's a strategic partner in driving business outcomes. By aligning people strategy with business strategy, we can cocreate solutions to complex challenges and propel organizations forward. 5️⃣ Managing Workforce Risk: Compliance is just the beginning. HR must broaden its focus to manage and mitigate workforce risks across various domains. This demands cross-functional collaboration and a holistic approach to risk management. As Donna Morris rightly said, "It's hard to implement change effectively if you're not leading change." Let's step up, envision the future of work, and architect the change our organizations need. Together, we can embrace boundaryless HR and unlock a brighter, more sustainable future for all.
