The benefits of Hiring Coastal Vacation Estates as Your Property Manager: 1. Expertise in Tenant Selection: We have 15 years experience in tenant selection . We have the experience and resources to find the right tenants, which can be a time-consuming process if done individually. 2. Maintenance and Repairs: All our maintenance, and sub contractors have been with us for 15 years. We trust their ability to do the job well the first time. They handle maintenance issues efficiently, reducing response time and inconvenience. 3. Legal Compliance and Avoiding Litigation: We keep up with all the new laws both state and local to ensure compliance with housing regulations and laws, reducing the risk of legal issues. The Challenges Without a Property Manager: 1. Time-Consuming Tenant Selection: Finding the right tenant on your own can be a lengthy and challenging process. 2. Handling Maintenance and Emergencies: Without a property manager, you would be responsible for all property maintenance and emergency issues. 3. Risk of Legal Non-Compliance: Managing a property requires knowledge of the laws and regulations. Lack of compliance could lead to legal problems. 4. Potential for Higher Tenant Turnover: Without professional management, tenant satisfaction may decrease, potentially leading to higher turnover and vacancy rates. In summary, while you can manage a property independently, a property manager offers expertise and efficiency that can save time, reduce legal risks, and improve tenant relations. Not using one may increase your workload, legal risks, and potentially affect the profitability and smooth operation of your rental property. Let us help you with all your property needs! 🏡 #remodel #Luxuryhome #williebaronet #luxrealestate #realestate #luxurylease #hermosabeach #oceanviews #luxuryleasespeacialist #hermosabeachrealestate #realestatemanhattanbeach #realtorsmanhattanbeach #luxuryrentalsmanhattanbeach #beachrental Willie Baronet DRE # 01503199 Coastal Estates and Investments Coastal Vacation Estates Inc. https://lnkd.in/e_xstNrD Luxury Sales, Corporate Rentals and Property Management (310) 801-0633 wilibaronet@yahoo.com

I get quite a few DM’s weekly asking what a Traveling Property Manager entails… While I could go on and on about my day-to-day responsibilities, scheduling rental cars, finding adequate lodging for my stays, travelling endless hours on a whim, but that’s all buffer. I could also mention something along the lines of ensuring the property stays afloat while permanent help arrives, but that’s a given. The main part of my job is embodying a trait that is drilled into every member of Redstone Residential : We stay the course. You see, it’s my duty to actively create a reality in which the on-site teams I work with can get excited to persevere during crazy times! That’s what it’s all about. The teams I’ve been able to help within these past 6 months have been evidence that staying the course, does come with reward. Taking care of employees is such a crucial job in itself that requires patience, listening, understanding, and a superpower called selflessness. So while some of my duties can resemble that of a traditional property manager, I’m grateful that I’m given so much responsibility to lead (sometimes) struggling teams to success when they often times do not see that same vision. Remember, the hardest part of anything is the part you don’t know. Let’s stand tall and strive to be the best we can be in this industry. Follow me to stay up to date! Let’s win together! 😁🙌🏽 (I would share a picture of teams I managed but don’t wanna get in trouble so pretend you’re seeing a happy team picture with this! 🤣) #multifamilyrealestate #realestateadvice #apartments #multifamily #multifamilyhousing #apartmentliving #propertymanagement #propertymanager #leasingagent #leasingconsultant #sellingtips #renewal #residentexperience #residentretention #genz

Meet the Team: Sherri Garyantes is our multi-family group manager for Windward Communities, Jack Lingo Asset Management’s property management company. She helps drive resident satisfaction for our multi-family developments, and is our Sussex County history buff. Learn more about her here: 1) What is your job title at JLAM? Describe briefly what you do. I am the multifamily group manager for Windward Communities (a part of JLAM). 2) How many years of experience do you have in your field(s)? I have 17 years of multi-family management experience and three years of commercial management experience. 3) What do you love the most about your career? I love the challenges that each day brings. No two days are ever the same in property management. Providing quality housing and promoting a positive living experience for our residents are very important to me. 4) Why did you choose to work for JLAM? What year did you join the team? I joined the team in 2019. I was excited by the opportunity to help build a management company from the ground up. 5) What's your favorite part about working for JLAM? The entire team at JLAM is very supportive and works well together. The atmosphere is very upbeat and positive, and we all share a common goal. 6) What is one thing people need to know about JLAM they may not know already? We’re a multi-faceted company. We do commercial, residential and multi-family development and management. I think that when people see the sign posted at a new residential community, they may not realize that we do more than develop residential communities. 7) What do you do for fun outside of work? I like to go to the beach and take day trips around the area. 8) If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? Roasted beet salad. I have no idea why, but I have been obsessed with it for the past two years! 9) Where is your favorite place in the world and why? At this point, I would say Curacao. After stopping there on a cruise this year, I was quite taken by the beauty of the island and the friendly atmosphere. 10) What’s one thing people should know about you that they may not? I am an open book! #propertymanagement #meettheteam #delaware
