I am a Black man of mixed heritage. And like most people of mixed heritage, our journey doesn’t come short of its complications and like most people who are Black, our identity can feel codependent on the external world for the gratification, support, validation and love that a lot of us never had. My coaching work addresses exactly this – It’s not about WHAT you are, it’s about WHO you are - and how you can live a life making intentional life choices. I am not for everyone, and that’s the first thing I have made peace with. I started this game with the mindset of ‘pick me pick me..’ but as my coaching developed (and as I developed) I knew my body of work wasn’t about making myself a glove to fit all - In fact, I knew my power came down to the one thing I wanted to express all along - authentic human expression. Did you celebrate 15 August 🙏🙏? What does it mean to you? Let me know. Are we really free from our mindset? Let me tell you something: When a country is not free, or if anyone is in jail, at that time, freedom means everything to us. People are even willing to pay with their own lives for the cost of freedom. It means living free is better than living a minute in jail. However, when we attain freedom, we often forget the promises we made and gradually lose the importance of the feeling of freedom. Freedom means to me, whether from jail, ignorance to gaining knowledge, and freedom of a country holds immense significance. For a country, the date of achieving freedom is celebrated. Imagine if we have indeed obtained freedom, what would be the value of our lives? Rulers want to kill you without even thinking a second. Think about black Americans in the 17th century. A cup of tea is more valuable than the life of a black American Slave or any slave. Therefore, let's not fight over names, castes, religions, or colors. We are all creations of one God, united as one. The pain from the same situation is universally felt the same. For example, if you're physically hurt, you will have the same pain, no matter if you're a slave or a free person. For emotional pain, it depends on the person. Either they feel it or not. Feeling the pain is important for everyone's life. It will make you a great human since it reveals a lot of knowledge and concepts. Both pain and happiness are providers; it's up to you whether you choose to embrace them. Personally, I believe challenging situations make you more intelligent, strong in mind, knowledgeable, and mature. Thank you for reading. Follow for more such content.

The Three Types Of Black People. In my opinion, we have three types of black people. We have so-called black people who see people who look like them through the same lenses as white people. They have a disdain for black people. My late father was like this. They may not voice this disdain. However, their actions says it all. We won't get into the why. These are the people I refer to as Judas. People who betray others who look like them do so as a result of the lack of respect for people who look like them. They do not value people who look like them. They see people who look like them as being less than. We can't truly succeed as a people without community. We do not have community currently and we are a mess in some ways. Let's be honest. In the 60s and 70s and times prior to that , we had strong community. If one of us was hungry all of us did our best to help meet that need with no strings attached. This is the type of environment I grew up in during the 60s and 70s. As a kid, I could get a tongue lashing from the neighbor as quick as I could from my guardian maybe quicker. When my neighbor ate, I ate. We had something very special in those days in the black community. Today, we do well if we are not fighting each other. Finally, we have so-called black people who straight up see those who look like them as the enemy. In my opinion, some of these people feel like they are owed something from other black people. I am basing these perceptions solely on my life experiences in the last 64 years which is a very limited perspective. Peace
