**To all my payroll wizards out there, I need your help!** As an HR professional, I've done my fair share of payroll-related tasks. I've collected (and corrected) employee timesheets, chased after missing employee direct deposits, and argued with people managers that, no, you *cannot* deduct the cost of new uniforms from employee paychecks without prior written authorization. 🤦♀️ But not once have I done payroll by hand. ✍ Do you know or are you that small business HR hero who slayed payroll with powerful spreadsheet formulas, detailed tax tables, and carefully crafted reports?
