Do you not understand the quote "Innocent until proven guilty"? People will believe you that you got attacked by a bear because you would have giant scars and missing limbs, while proving a "Sexual assault" is extremely tough, because guess what ,not every woman is paragon of truth, and they lie to purposefully ruin men's life. learn the difference between Subjective Truth and Objective reality. Because objective reality demands evidence, Subject truth needs "I FELT uncomfortable". Every Bear would absolutely annihilate you into pieces Every Man would not Assault you, rather 1 in 500 would. Women's response to this question shows exactly how much women have been sheltered from the harsh wildlife. But somehow you are free to make accusations (false mostly) and when men defend themselves, they are misogynists and Upholding "Systemic Sexism".

Patriarchy.  *Spoiler Alert Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie” is a rousing film to help us better understand why many women and leadership efforts – at individual and system levels – aren’t working well or equitably.   A “gathering-the-troops” monologue sums up all the unattainable expectations, contradictions and double standards that research tells us women still face in workplaces and disproportionately affect women of colour - as the Barbies come up with a way to regain what they’ve lost – their authentic selves, humanity and agency - and right their world.   The fantasy genre allowed me to laugh-cry uproariously at all the wise and wrenching insights about gender biases that pressure, dehumanize and distort women and girls, while the gender role reversal of Barbieland - where the absurdist objectification of the Kens renders them destabilized and neurotic - arrestingly highlights patriarchy’s harm to all of us. How does it manifest in the real world? We're invited to "Bring your whole self to work," but when this includes intelligence, ambition, strength, and passion in forms or expressions that make others uncomfortable or threatened, we're often labelled things like too much, difficult, emotional, aggressive or the ultimate catch-all we contort ourselves to avoid: bitchy. In the final scene, now-human Barbie checks in for a healthcare appointment and is asked: “What are you here for?” Her answer should be seen as completely ordinary, but for many, in reality, it is becoming ever increasingly unattainable and worse: “I’m here to see my gynecologist.” Agency. Let's talk about the f-word. No, not that one even though y'all know I'm a big fan. No, I'm talking about FEMININE. Gasp, it might as well be f@ck since feminine (female, feminism, femininity) is considered offensive and dirty, as well as shallow, stupid, inferior, and sexual. We must disrupt these narratives. We live in a hyper-masculine society where power, dominance, misogyny, violence, sexual aggression, homophobia, and anti-feminist behavior are the norms, are the predominant stories. These narratives perpetuate the us versus them and othering. You know what will save ourselves, each other, and the planet? It's bringing our feminine energy forward. We need to tell stories of caring, compassion, empathy, interconnectedness, relationships, flow, creativity, joy, reflection, nature, and love. STOP: this has NOTHING to do with gender. We all have masculine and feminine characteristics. We need to balance these energies to create a more equitable, sustainable, and peaceful world. Sadness is seen as a very demure, feminine feeling. When things go wrong, we women often first feel sad. We retreat. We hide. We shrink. We question our part in it. We feel compassion for the other party. We wish that things were different. But once in a while, that sadness turns to anger. Pay close attention when you feel angry. There is an incredible opportunity hiding there. In our anger our inner fire becomes lit. 🔥 We find creative solutions. We take charge. We speak up. And finally things start to change. Leverage your anger for good.
