Our field general, John, has created a high-energy environment where the entrepreneurial spirit thrives, backed by the support of a large organization. It's a place where collaboration isn’t just encouraged; it's the norm. 🤝 Then there are the two individuals I interact with more than anyone else – Matthew Reder and Willis Croker. These guys are simply amazing. Every day, I am energized by the prospect of working alongside them. Their tireless effort and dedication are nothing short of awe-inspiring. Matt and Willis, your contributions might often go unsaid, but they are always deeply appreciated. The value you bring to our team and the clients we serve is immeasurable. "We don't think like a small company. We are here to change the world." 8 years after we started, we have moved into our own space, that fully reflects the expansiveness of our thinking, our aspirations, and our ambition to make a big difference. We started out in our bedrooms, graduated to our friends at the Hive, moved to our partners at PlatformE, and just before COVID19 stuck to JustCo in Marina Square. Coming out of restrictions we found a flexible arrangement that allowed the team to operate under [very] flexible conditions. We have experienced the boundaries of what teams require. Now, it's time to remain flexible, but also tighten the ties between our team members. Families thrive even when they are remote, but do so with much more fun, trust and seamless ways of working when we can come together in person. Our new place in The Concourse will do exactly that - and from what I hear from the team, it's been doing it so much faster than I was expecting. And while the view is worth a million dollars, we remain frugal and cost efficient, more so than if we would have by going back to a co-working spot. So what's not to love!
