Nerding out on 🌎 Climate Solutions, 401(k)/403(b) investing, and #OpenDoorClimate - President, Carbon Collective Investing

The scientific mindset and the entrepreneur mindset are similar. Since my time on the board of USC Wrigley Institute for Environment and Sustainability, I’ve believed that. And it was wonderful to hear Cyrus Wadia talk about Activate and how it provides support for scientists to take their research to market. And wow, they’ve been successful, 89% of the activate fellows are still going. Places like Fervo Energy and Twelve. My favorite part was listening to Cyrus and Cody Simms go into the science/entrepreneurial mindset of testing a hypothesis, evaluating the data, and having the gumption to double down. Glad there are orgs getting scientists out of academia and scaling breakthrough solutions. https://lnkd.in/gZYWvvPw

I completely agree! The synergy between the scientific and entrepreneurial mindsets is fascinating.

Absolutely agree, innovation and entrepreneurship are inseparable! Alex Belov
