In this role, Fiona will lead Breeze’s largest Guest-facing teams including Inflight, Airport Operations, and Guest Support. Her passion for building extraordinary Guest experiences stems from working alongside and leading teams within Tech Ops, Airport Ops, FP&A, and Customer Analytics/Innovation at United for 25 years.
