After nearly a decade of empowering women in the online dating world, we’ve heard your feedback and are thrilled to unveil some exciting new updates to Bumble. Consider this our "vow renewal" - to build the *next* chapter of dating that puts women first. Starting today, you can expect to see the following improvements to the Bumble dating experience: 💛 Opening Moves: Women now have even more control over how they connect. With Opening Moves, they can set a question for their matches to answer, sparking engaging conversations while staying firmly in the driver's seat. Why the change? Our recent research shows that while 92% of women state equality as a top priority in romance, almost 9 in 10 say that equality is all about personal choice and autonomy to decide what’s right for you. For non-binary and same-gender connections, either person can set and respond to an Opening Move. 💛 Fresh Look and Feel: Say hello to our updated brand identity! Led by our talented in-house Creative Studio, expect to see a new logo, bold fonts, and vibrant colors and illustrations. 💛 Enhanced Dating Intentions: We've expanded our Dating Intentions badges so you can better express what you're looking for. Whether it's casual dates, a life partner, or anything in between, you can now select up to two intentions to showcase on your profile. 💛 Improved AI-Driven Compatibility Feature: Finding your perfect match just got easier. For the sake of women (and men) not wasting time, it would be amazing if the algorithm would have been set up in a way that people who don't align with your dating intentions are never shown to you. Without this feature being hidden behind the paywall. Seriously, this is probably the most important criteria when people get on those apps and it's a shame that businesses keep it behind the paywall... If a woman is looking for something casual, why make her sort through guys who are on there for something long-term? Or vice versa. IMHO, this will be such a positive impact.. You'll also win over Hinge who keep that behind the paywall.

It looks really good! Well done Bumble Inc. 💛 I do have a suggestion for the bottom navigation, there’s sadly no active state which can make identification a bit difficult. Please look into this ☺️
