Today, Burger King announced an additional $300M investment to launch “Royal Reset 2.0”, helping the brand achieve 85-90% modern image across the U.S. by 2028 in partnership with our Franchisees.   This is the latest step in our journey to Reclaim the Flame after announcing an initial $400M investment in 2022, and a further $500M to accelerate the reimaging of more than 600 Carrols owned Burger King restaurants following the pending acquisition of Carrols. Es una tristeza,  q esa compañía,  tengan en algunas tiendas, a jefes, " store manager ", y asistentes q dejan mucho q desear, y los dueños d la compañía,  desconocen, q en las tiendas d houston, en misoury,  Houston texas, entre otras el señor Oscar Armando , store manager d esa tienda, es una persona déspota y bulgar, q le roba a la compañía  , xq tiene a toda su familia, con un número  como d empleados, y sin trabajar, les poncha su número y hacen hasta over time, sin trabajar,  la señora asistente x lo consiguiente ,la señora agueda, asistente dl señor Oscar  Armando,  contrata solo hombres jóvenes,con quienes dentro d la tienda , y en el area d los parkuaderos, son su lugar favorito , su motel personal, donde todos cubren a todos, sostiene sexo con el q este en turno, y el pago x los servicios recibidos is es poncharles horas extras din trabajar, obviamente,  con los números d sus hijos ponchados con over time y sin acercaré a la tienda, cobran su sueldo así n más,  facil, y adi mismo el resto d shif manager,  con 2 números adicionales al q les corresponde,  la verdad n debería d pasar esto ojalá alguien alerte a los meros chingones d la tienda y paren este prostíbulo,  , en nombre d los q amamos BK

PEDIDO 7749 Feito pelo Ifood. Decepção com o atendimento e produto do Burguer King, do Shopping Alegria em Várzea Paulista - SP. Hoje fizemos um pedido nada barato, na expectativa de comer bem, o que foi uma piada e descaso total conosco. Pedido veio incompleto, lanche frio, batata fria. Faltou entregar um lanche, duas batatas, e os molhos de complemento. Como se não bastasse para "resolver o problema" do pedido faltante, enviaram outro motoboy, cobrando o valor integral do pedido, que já havia sido pago. Chat da plataforma Ifood? Nada resolve. Chat Burguer King? Nada resolve, se quer responderam. Descaso com o cliente!!!!!!!

Tom Curtis I would be grateful if you gave me 1 hour of face to face time in Hong Kong before June 3 '24. The trip will cost you max $30k. Once you contract with Enjoi for 5 years to provide its healthier oil, that makes yummier food. Enjoi's oil can save you for the same three months at no extra expense US$27M from 2000 outlets. BUT if you calculate it based on 7139 outlets the savings will be $99M over the 3 months which is close to your $106M adjusted operating earnings. Note, I have test results in BK stores that prove my statements.

You can update the building inside and out but it’s the lack of training from your franchisees that’s the brand problem. Especially the ones that run minimal staff and fake their numbers to the company. Your BK experience should be the same if you visit a location in the northeast or the south. And as of now, visits to any location in the country are mediocre compared to other qsr brands. Also, you need to work on the menu and stop with the coupons. The menu should be smaller with quality offerings. The coupons are only brining in customers looking for deals who wouldn’t come otherwise. In the early 2000’s BK only had coupons twice a year. Go back to that. Slim down the menu and offer fewer items at a good price and get your reputation back. Right now BK has a bad rep.

burger King sucks!!!.. Nebraska let's their employees b held at gunpoint wo calling g cops!! & then fired me!!!...10 yes of service...& some chicken w cockroaches infested store & didn't call police!! screw bk!!

I work at burger king in provo utah i sing the burger king song to all my costomers in the drive through they love it and i have so many return customers that just come get a burger and hear me sing and some customers some sing with me its great i truly love my job it gos like this singing (It's at BK have it your way you rule) what cant i get You today ?

I see this, but here’s a good question. How long do you think that is going to last only over there and not around the globe because most parts of this country and states don’t have the Burger King especially the upgrades to your building they are running on old technology and old building software.
