Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operations 6-month CTH On-site, Nashville $125KJob Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations in Nashville, TN. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a growing team of 4 and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT infrastructure. Your strategic thinking and vision will help build the IT infrastructure roadmap for years to come, ensuring the reliability and performance of our technology systems to support the growth and success of our organization that is rapidly scaling. Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.IT Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT infrastructure strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and supports its global operations.Roadmap Development: Create a comprehensive IT infrastructure roadmap that outlines the technology investments, upgrades, and innovations required to meet long-term objectives.Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, ensure service quality, and optimize costs.Security and Compliance: Oversee the implementation and management of IT security policies and compliance standards to protect the company's data and assets.Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for improving the company's IT infrastructure.Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet the needs of the business.Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor system performance to identify and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible roles.Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse IT team.Strong strategic planning and project management skills.In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including cloud services, virtualization, networking, and data center operations.Experience in developing and executing IT infrastructure strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
