It was wonderful to see so many people join the Waypoint Partners 'Mastering Better Business Development' event yesterday. There were some fantastic points made by our keynote speakers David Kean and Martin Tucker and the subsequent debate really brought together the critical elements of what is needed to create a repeatable and scalable new business process.
