Mindset is everything. It is probably the hardest thing you can ever reset. You can learn new skills, that is probably the easiest. You just keep going until you learn it. New habits are harder to develope, to get to stick. However if you are consistently doing it over and over, the habit will form eventually. Changing how you view things and how you react with or to events, that’s hard, but not impossible.. You just have to believe in yourself first and then believe in yourself everyday and eventually your new habit will be a new mindset. Never stop, always believe in yourself , no matter what.
