Fantastic Summer this season. Proud of the team of coaches who are the driver of this. We try so hard to get things right, reflect, improve and put both player and customer first in all we do. We may not get it right always, but rest assured it is never through lack of trying. Key to this success has been a complete culture overhaul of the company around April time after much change within the company. I'm not ashamed to say this. It wasn't disastrous, but small teams can easily turn toxic when agendas are at play. The 'no more bullshit era' was introduced. This was based around mediocrity no longer being accepted, a solution based mindset at all times (we didnt focus on mistakes already made but put our energies into a solution), as well as some ego & agenda dropping needed. Valuing every interaction, player and customer was at the heart of this. TFCC needed to get back to its roots. But key to this was being Elite people first, as oppose to Elite coaches. Elite people display Elite behaviours not now and again, not selectively, but they do this when they think it's being unnoticed- they are true Elite behaviours. We also have a mantra at TFCC of 'consistency of character' as a non negotiable behaviour. This is based around behaviours displayed time and time again, particularly when under pressure or fatigue. Our non negotiable values include Trust, Adaptability, first class communication, Respect & Support of one another. These were not words thrown around in a one off CPD session for staff- they were lived, breathed and held to account by staff throughout. On a side note, the top figure is just another example of the difference the private sector can make to participation and growth of the game. 950+ players who MAY not have had the opportunity.. Value seen by Nottinghamshire CCC, Northamptonshire CCC & also Lincolnshire Cricket. #ElitePeople #Culture #highperformancehabits

Watching FA Cup semi final - two of the best cup teams in modern era,...even I am watching these two great teams go at it, end to end....however... So many empty seats! This is definitely unacceptable for a game of this level. 1) VIP hospo binned by regulated sites...totally unnecessary because they don't know how to manage high net worth players = no one knows how to speak to clients on the phone or f2f anymore 2) corporate prices are no longer realistic 3) ticket companies taking all tickets and unable to resell at reasonable prices 4) average person wages can't afford to go with kids / mates 5) cheaper to sit at home with 6 Stella's or margaritas and ignore the bollox that all the above has caused The game has been gutted by greed, corporate hospo and sadly poor gaming company decisions by people who have never ever spoken or met a VIP

The LEC is fast approaching 🔥 so here is a quick recap of the important elements to know to understand League of Legends. 📣 This post is essentially dedicated to beginners and curious people. Today we are going to see the different roles because each player has their own objectives and it all depends on their positioning: TOP: On the front line, it is mainly played 1v1 against the opposing team. Each Top-liner has a teleportation spell, he is allowed to jump to the opposing side for a few seconds (and this could be very useful). Jungler: Unlike the rest of his team, who level up by killing minions, they play through the jungle (the part between the main paths) collecting as much gold and XP as possible. They could also comes out of the jungle to help their team. MID: They are mainly found towards the central lane, which allows them to move easily on the map. Mid laners can access any location on the map quickly, they must always keep an eye on what is happening so they can react quickly! ADC: This is a term that refers to champions who deal significant and continuous damage to opponents with their basic attacks, and who have stats focused on attack and physical damage. Support: what would we do without support? the latter moves around the map to help the other members of his team. Ok, now, I think we get it 🔥 I know we are on LinkedIn, the professional social media, however esport should not be underestimate and I am convinced we must all keep an eye on it.
