Check out our Go>Choose recognition program that is run by the employees of Bish's RV. Here's how it works 👇 When our team sees someone that does something great, or sees someone do something a little extra, they take a "caught ya" card. On that card, they write down who they are and what they did that was awesome and pin it on the board. You can see below that there's a lot of great stuff being done that's getting noticed. This particular Go> Choose board is at our dealer support center, and each of the Bish's RV locations has a board of its own. It's awesome being able to see all in one place how the team is not only serving each other, but how they are going beyond the norm to make a good experience for everyone that walks into a Bish's RV location.

What do you want to celebrate? 🎉 Another week is gone, and with that the first month of the year, have you taken the time to celebrate yourself and your wins, big or small? Here are two ways you can acknowledge your efforts and truly recognize the significant milestones you've achieved without it feeling like a brag:     1️⃣ Reflect & share the journey   Pause and look at how far you've come. Recognize the dedication, resilience, and countless hours of hard work that went into anything that you've set your mind to. Acknowledge and share what you've done so far, the highs and lows. When you see the complete picture, instead of the achievements, you put everything in perspective.       2️⃣ Seek an external point of view   While working hard, it's easy to lose sight of what we've accomplished, we tend to see all the things that still need to be done. Ask your peers, mentors, or coach - they can provide an objective perspective on your achievements. Share your accomplishments with them and ask for honest feedback. Can they see the value and the impact of what you've done?      Celebrating your accomplishments doesn't mean boasting or seeking validation, but recognizing and acknowledging your hard work, building self-confidence, and embracing your growth.       So, pause, reflect, and recognize the remarkable things you've recently accomplished, no matter how big or small.     💜 Share them below and let's celebrate you together!

🌟 Today, we celebrated the work of one of our Fabulous Fairies and reviewed #goodpractice in the Fairy Family. 🧚♀️✨ I've challenged the team to find as many reasons as possible why the social media post they created was just like Mary Poppins - practically perfect in every way! ☂️👜🌟 As a Franchisor, maintaining high standards for our brand and any content we put out there is crucial. One of the reasons my Fairies value being part of the team is because of our commitment to quality and attention to detail. However, we totally understand that mistakes happen and our newbies also need time to find their feet and be shown how to get things right. 🌱💼 I've experienced some exceptional environments in the past, where feedback was managed positively, and I've also experienced ones where it predominantly focused on mistakes or what not to do. And so I understand how anxiety-provoking and demotivating it can be over time. That's why I've made it a priority to help my Fairies learn how to maintain standards in a solution-focused way and to cultivate a supportive culture that uplifts every team member. 💪🌟 So today we're shining the spotlight on and celebrating the right way to do things, all while infusing a sense of fun! Life begins at 40!

When it comes to heritage month engagement, always, and I mean ALWAYS, start with food. When it comes to celebrations in a corporate setting, it's easy to just slap a heritage month topic on an all team meeting calendar and call it good. But you are missing the point of integrating how human's connect with each other and the learning opportunity. The most impactful things I have ever learned weren't at a desk, but at a dinner or coffee table. Sharing meals with people has always brought out the BEST stories. That's a no brainer. So what if we used food as the vehicle for learning? Now, let me make this clear, I am NOT telling you to cater what you think is "Black Food" this month in your office. That's not the point. What I am asking you to consider is what if you hired a Black chef to host a cooking a class for your team and then, while sharing a meal, you just simply listened to their story of being in their industry and what cooking means to them? Notice I didn't say "Black cooking". You let them share what they want because it's all Black ANYWAYS. Black is a plethora of beautiful things. Sharing a meal is a safe, disarming way to connect with cultures in a meaningful way. Be creative with your heritage month engagement and see how much it shifts your office culture!

It's important to take the extra time to celebrate your own and your team's success. Celebrating can help us feel more valued and proud of what we do, but it can get easily lost if you're not intentional about it.
