That's amazing! I'm curious to know what would be the criteria for creating a new Lifecycle record instead of updating the existing one. Would a new one be created only after closing interactions such as "disqualified" or "opportunity closed lost/won"?

So glad you guys have created this. We worked with a SF agency in 2021 to do a custom project for something similar and I couldn’t figure out how other companies were operating well without it. If you’re a B2B SaaS company that needs to measure multiple passes through the funnel and you don’t have something like this, you should definitely check this out.

This looks incredible! I spent years going back and forth with CRM admins and consultants trying to get this kind of tracking. Salesforce makes it so difficult 🫠
