Christina Minardi, I wanted to extend my heartfelt congratulations on leading the commencement of the Whole Foods Market Lean In Circle. It's truly inspiring to see the dedication to fostering a community where women can thrive, share, and empower each other. I know what I'm about to say should perhaps be shared privately, but I felt compelled to express it openly. Christina, I've always held a deep fondness for you. I recall our interactions during my time Whole Foods Market Foods, particularly at the 59th Street Columbus Circle store. Your warmth and humility, despite holding such a high position as the Regional President, left a lasting impression on me. Your willingness to engage with employees on a personal level, whether it was through sharing lunch money or rewarding knowledge of our core values, spoke volumes about your character. Thank you for being a beacon of light within the organization. Your presence, even during brief visits to the bakery for a French baguette, never failed to brighten the day. It's leaders like you who make a difference not only in the workplace but in the lives of those you interact with.
