Employers consider 21 factors when hiring Here's what we're working on: 1) CRO, guide +/- 200k base, 7 figure equity (1 x London, 1 x East Coast USA ($300k base)) These are quite sensitive hiring requirements. 2) Sales Director, - guide 100-140k base (London) FS, Online Media, managing a team selling sponsorships and advertising 3) Enterprise Sales x 3 (London/Home Counties) - guide 100-140k base 📌 These require "AAA" players, people earning 200-300K or more per year ➡ People Development, Planning, L&D, Advisory, Performance Management apps ➡ Employee attraction, career planning, retention and wellbeing ➡ FS sector, Artificial Intelligence platforms, apps for CRM, and back-office As stated, employers consider 21 factors when hiring. The list includes things like depth & breadth of experience, track record, motivation, emotional intelligence, likeability, interest level in the job and so on. Every year, employers raise the bar when it comes to hiring. Which means it's increasingly challenging for everyone. But this makes for an ever-increasingly engaging challenge.
