AI isn't a trend; it is the future of work. I love seeing how companies are developing and incorporating it into their processes. Recently, I joined Ashley Araujo, CCWP, Global Contingent Workforce Manager, and Bethany Redrico, CCWP, Global Contingent Workforce Operations from Salesforce to lead a discussion on how AI is evolving and being used in Contingent Staffing, and I was encouraged by the discussion and insights we uncovered from an implementation and results perspective. - AI is already changing the recruitment process. Generative AI tools, like ChatGPT, assist recruiters in crafting job descriptions and interview guides, significantly cutting time and effort. - Onboarding has also seen a shift with platforms that ensure continuous candidate engagement from the offer stage onward. - AI is making strides in promoting Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) by helping create more inclusive job descriptions, reducing gender and racial biases, and improving reporting on high-level diversity data, which is crucial for fostering inclusive hiring practices. I had a candidate tell me they found me through ChatGPT today! It’s here and it is moving things in our industry forward in a very unique way. I am of course a little nervous about the future of AI but also excited for meaningful change.

AI is increasing our efficiencies by 50% if not more in some cases, depending on the task. Certainly making a difference with our talent acquisition processes. Leis V.
