It is one of my most used apps -- jotting things down throughout the week, preparing for my Monday Podcast Reviews, and creating to-do lists. Ahead of the new year, I like cleaning my phone and removing excess information I no longer need. However, I found some #ChooseDay motivation for the day. Today's find: "What are the things draining your energy? What do I need to let go of? As a result, what comes up now, when I let go of those things?
