In what concerns retail: the transaction between Mitiska REIM & M Core still holds a valuable place in the Romanian context, as the largest retail transaction of the last decade. Its rank in the top 10 retail investment transactions in Europe in 2023 makes it even more remarkable. Further relevance on the current landscape is held by the very good performance of shopping centers and retail parks. Thus, the 150+ M EUR worth of transactions we are currently working on in this sector serve as proof for interest in retail remaining high. Second, regional cities continue to be the target of investors and retail developers, considering that the difference in purchasing power between Bucharest and regional cities tends to decrease. We currently have 10 cities with purchasing power of over 10 K EUR/inhabitant, versus the European average of almost 18 K EUR.
