While these metrics are crucial for marketing teams they don't always resonate with sales, product, or the C-suite. Tonkin's perspective shifted my lens: When talking to sales, product, or the C-suite, financial KPIs communicate value more effectively and drive higher approval rates for your marketing initiatives. The other week, 🎙Kevin Prewett🎙 and I spoke about all things revenue for Marketing Agencies.
