Stop Doing So Many Exercises At The Gym! There’s a pretttttty solid chance that you’re doing too many exercises at the gym, because it’s something that I see ALL the time. I see people go to the gym and do literally EVERY variation of EVERY exercise for whatever body part or muscle group they’re training that day… Trust me, you don’t need to be doing 10 movements at the gym to get results! In fact, doing that many movements is more likely to hurt your results than it is to help them. When you do that many exercises in a given workout, in most cases you probably aren’t pushing yourself anywhere close to failure with your sets - simply because you’re doing so much volume! I would MUCH rather you pick anywhere between 4-6 movements, do a warm up set for each, and take 2-3 working sets close to failure! By doing this, you’re going to spend less overall time at the gym, AND you’re going to see better progress & better results over time.
