Amer Kayyal It’s interesting to see the birds and animals have started using their mind. However do all people apply mind in solving day to day problems? Sadly no. The only solution to indecision, overthinking, not applying mind to resolve problems logically; these can be remedied by practising following: 1. Self awareness: it’s your understanding self, your likes and dislikes, your habits and your values. And this is a continuous process. 2. Mindfulness: It’s your ability to keep your mind and control. You may have feelings but do not allow them to become your emotions. Mindful this always keeps you on the right track. It keeps on reminding you that for every thing you must apply your mind.

This video had left me with some of the great things which would be swirling around how it all starts with a curiosity and fresher position when one enters an organisation. How he/she learns by his/her mentors, senior members in the team. How they had been taught, made confident to work all gets shown in their performances. Remember, every one of us (irrespective of the position) learn new things, gets knowledge and when this flow is uninterrupted these are the results, every person of the organisation works flawlessly. Win-win situation, trainees get admiration from the masters which boost them to learn more, serve more. #learn #mentor #admire

Couldnt agree more for this. Yet, some people are afraid to make mistakes and start to avoid any responsibility. Maybe they want to be seen as a good employee because have not make any mistake. But the truth, they are not responsible for any big decision and just ditched it to another person. Just be bold. Learn to make mistake.
