AND Honey bees pollinate approximately one third of the food we consume. 🐝🐝🐝 Further, the second oldest trade is also occupied by small/family business owners, predominately men of a certain age, who dedicate their lives to this fine agricultural art. Using the turkey carcass and vegetables from Christmas to make a soup that may be frozen and consumed throughout the year is a good solution if your family is reduced to the point where you are only feeding a few people over the holidays. This has the advantage of your being able to reduce the amount of salt typically found in commercial soups, remove a number of containers from the fridge, and enabling you to not feel obligated to consume all of the leftovers before they spoil.
