When we talk about more than thousands of competitors, no one knows about the way the guests opinions; our minds are full of ideas and changing, but if you start with your guest from the beginning, it will be impossible to attract him to always come. Greeting guests from the first step on your door will be the first impression, and when you help him find his table, he will be glad if you ask him to have a seat by his name.
