Employees will speak their minds if they trust you. Trust is built over time and with effectively building a relationship that is fostered with what that specific employee needs to understand and succeed. There are no shortcuts or cookie cutter leadership templates - it’s hard work. Just remember, someone in your career took the time to work with you to help you develop. You were not an overnight success. We cannot expect that of our employees.

The challenges that we are currently assisting our Multi-national Clients, to overcome, are areas of complacency within their Leadership teams, realigning the practical implementation of Values driven behavior in the organisation, assisting HR with their people focussed programs, Team leaders with powerful leadership tools to engage and drive change more effectively and so much more... We found that the common thread right now, is the need for people to feel "heard and valued". You will see many comments like this on Linkedin posts. One of the key areas to work on this, is to teach everyone the skill of Intentional Listening and creating Compassionate Leaders of Influence. Being intentional is one aspect, embodying those skills and actually implementing it as a second nature way of interacting, is another. Combine both, and you have people whose, words and actions, match! 😊 Join me, Dr. Arthie Moore-Robberts and Jan Robberts, in exploring the Leadership Game and Values Based Leadership to bring in strategies, that actually sustain change in the hearts, minds and Souls of your people! 🤗 https://lnkd.in/dBDXpJTf

🌄 "Leadership moments are never small when you're on the receiving end of them." - Jeff Henderson ❓ When was the last time you were on the receiving end of a #leadership moment? I encourage you to reach out to that person today and let them know! #LeadershipQuotes
I received this text today from a former team member who I have not spoken to for a few years. It made my heart swell! It also served as an incredible reminder of the lasting impact we have on the people we lead. This is not someone I realized I had a great impact on prior to today. The every day interactions we have with our team may seem small to us as leaders, but to the team they are invaluable. Employees will always remember their leaders, good or bad. What lasting impact are you creating? “Leadership moments are never small when you’re on the receiving end of them.” - Jeff Henderson
