Asymmetric upsides with Symmetrical downsides. I have been thinking about this for a while, w.r.t growing our business. What I am basically looking for is opportunities that can grow our business in a non-linear manner. I found a few examples of this that I have been exploring: - Demand generation through content creation vs Direct sales - Project collaborations with companies vs Client projects - Risk-based work for profit share vs Project fees + Monthly billing - Investing skills, resources + time into a new venture vs building out new capabilities These are some of the things I have been exploring to grow our business. The most important one of them all is making bets daily/weekly/monthly on opportunities that can give us that asymmetrical growth. As everyone knows doing that as a services business is really hard. Keen to hear thoughts of what other people are trying to get that asymmetrical growth. #business #technology #growth
