There's a lot of buzz this week about a new study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition about how to eat a diet that’s good for you and good for the planet -- and it's no surprise to us that the research shows people who eat plant-predominant diets have lower rates of premature death from heart disease, cancer and other chronic illnesses. Those eating habits also have a smaller environmental footprint!
