If you have the mindset and envision one’s outcome with perfect results.. and you have the courage to be vocal about it… it will happen! There are two very big quotes or strong wordings that will never leave my mindset or integrity for life! 1. ‘An idea is just an idea, if you don’t act on it” ii- I remember always relying on my bosses to lead and tell us what to do etc.. I always admired my bosses with integrity….as it gave me the ability to execute their visions with confidence.. because if I failed, it was really on them, as they told me what to do.. later on it gave me the real confidence to show them my creativity with my plans/ideas. This was a turning point for me and I never looked back very early within my career. 2. “Success is the best revenge”- some people will put you down or maybe you don’t feel valued anymore.. maybe you’re becoming a threat - well that’s not a good environment and only a recipe for a disaster. Never talk back or let your emotions get the best of you. Your success will show your true colours and impress any of your haters or none believers… it’s on you - it always has … Just how hard are you willing to work and sacrifice to get yourself into a position that only mirrors your dreams or the movies!(must have that mindset) Believe me .. anything is possible if you don’t stop working hard! People really need to stop letting others get under their skin or stop thinking what others think about them. This is a very weak mindset. If you continue to do this.. you’re just sucking yourself into a corner and hole, which you’ll never get out! You must turn your focuses on solely the business, strategic business models, your clients, your customers, your teams and operations etc .. forget about the internal dramas that comes along with it! Rise up and have the courage to make this week count!! Lock n load!!

2moI truly admire your mindset regarding these quotes and seeing your results, you must be right. The second quote reminds me of one I heard. Something like, "if they are not where ou want to be, then wh are you listening to them?" It goes well along with what you said. Your hated or nonbelievers oftentimes are not where you want to be so you shouldn't listen to their critics or "friendly advices" thank you for sharing such inspiring words this morning
