Hi - Can you please watch the film Common Ground? We can feed a growing population through regenerative agriculture. We can feed the world by restoring our soils and ecosystems to the pre-"Green Revolution" period. There isn't going to be as much profit for corporations by going the regen way, although there will be for the farmer who will be able to become less reliant on biotech seeds. Check out www.commongroundfilm.org and Gabe Brown's book "Dirt to Soil" to learn more. Gabe Brown

To say I was excited about this company/breakthrough when you discussed it on the pod last week is a massive understatement! I want to understand everything about this and the immense potential to (apologies for the apt use of the old cliché here) solve world hunger.

One of my favorite segments ever on the All-In Podcast ! Love seeing this innovation!

Building products so good they compete with themselves and nothing else.

Let me be clear, I know very little about this and am not taking a stance for or against (leaning more towards "in favor") I'm curious how you say "increasing genetic diversity" while you are creating 100% genetically identical plants. So although the plants now have double the genes, all plants are now no longer diverse at all. Or do I see this wrong?

Incredible! I can't help but recall the late comedian Sam Kinison's famous routine on solving world hunger. Sam was onto something and Ohalo has found a solution. By boosting the breeding of crops that can thrive in challenging environments, Ohalo is bringing the food to the people, wherever they are. Kudos to the Ohalo team for their dedication and ingenuity in creating solutions that can make a real difference. Here's to a future where no one goes hungry!

That's really cool. I hope it can play a factor in closing the food gap. Only worry is if the plants are receiving both genomes and have pretty identical seeds if they would be more vulnerable to a pathogen once it is mutated to affect those seeds. But excited to see where this goes.

One of the most mindblowing and innovative developments within agriculture that I can remember in my lifetime. Incredibly promising.. in particular thinking of what it can do for struggling parts of the worlds also.

Amazing! I know you touched briefly on it in the pod, but I'd love to learn more about the impact on fertilizer use per acre and thus on soil health.
