"Sic-Parvis-Magna" Ever since I came across this phrase, it became the north of my compass in life. It shows me my direction & destiny. It's a Latin quote; Sic Parvis Magna which translates to: "Greatness from Small Beginnings". It has been really a vital part of both my personal and professional growth. The motto originates back to 1587 by legendary explorer Sir Francis Drake's words: "There must be a beginning to any great matter, but the continuing unto the end until it be thoroughly finished yields the true glory". It is no coincidence that the well-known navigator, even made a knight by Queen Elizabeth I, was born in a family of humble origins, yet with his audacity and willpower he has conquered a prominent position very difficult to reach in the epoch. The biggest thing that I have learnt from this is that despite how good the end goal and rewards are, it is the journey which makes it far more interesting and exciting. If something is easily achievable, then being able to complete or attain it would not be of the essence as much compared to something with a resilient journey. If you really want something, and you commit yourself to get it by giving all of your faith, the world can only indulge you and accompany you towards success, like a gentle wind that blows a ship to a rich and safe harbor. The watchword is always the same: DISCIPLINE.

Please join us in celebrating Arab American Heritage Month! We invite you to embrace Arab American Heritage at your organization and find different ways to celebrate with your staff. Here are a few suggestions: 1. Cater a celebration lunch for your staff with a few different dishes from local Arab-owned restaurants. Have a presentation or a topic to foster learning and discussion during the lunch. 2. Send out weekly emails highlighting one or two contributions or important cultural and historical impacts of Arab Americans. Include a list of recommended books by Arab American authors that coincide with the email highlight. 3. Send out a list of local Arab American cultural events and encourage your staff to attend. Then ask them to share something they learned. 4. Highlight your Arab American staff members through short biographies that include some of their specific contributions to the organization and things they wish to share about their family, history, and culture. These are just a few of the many ways you can celebrate Arab American Heritage Month at your organization to help inspire learning and discussion, and to promote inclusion within your team.

THIS IS LAST HOPE FOR GAZA In the name of humanity to whosoever this post reaches should sent this post to P.M. and President of his country and also to news papers and TV's. After thorough analysis I realised that there are two basic and fundamental structural defects in the constitution of UN which are 1. Veto Power System for the permanent members of the security council of UN. Since there is a body of all stakeholders in the form of General Assembly wherein all member- countries of the UN are represented there is absolutely no need of Security Council to accept or reject the resolutions passed by General Assembly. As such Security Council should be dissolved forthwith. 2. All member countries of UN are not signatory to the Rome statute consequently some countries are not under the International Criminal Court (ICC) whereas all the member countries have to be under the jurisdiction of ICC so that peace prevails in the world. . Due to these defects America has made a mockery of the UN as it is reduced to a puppet in the hands of the America. Consequently America with some allies have invaded several Muslim countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and looted these countries then leaving these countries after the loot is complete. Presently America with the help of Israel (both countries are not under the jurisdiction of ICC) is demolishing, cold blooded mass murders, devastation, destruction , displacement, ethenic cleansing, murder especially of children and women and genocide and the whole world including the UN have to be mute spectators of all this and nobody has the powers to question them because of these defects in the constitution of UN. More than seven decades have passed by but the above-mentioned defects in the constitution of UN were not rectified. Non-rectification of these defects has created a very grave situation as instead of peace maintaining organisation UN became a weapon of blackmailing and means of invading and looting the rich countries by some countries which were having the veto power also besides these countries were not signatory to the Rome statute consequently these countries were not under the jurisdiction of ICC. As the result these countries became law per se and virtually became terrorist countries of the world because they were not answerable to any forum for whatever they do. They invaded and looted several countries so much so they created terrorist groups also. Now the climax of lawlessness has reached in Palestine where total devastation, destruction, cold blooded mass murders, genocide, ethenic cleansing, kidnapping and rape of innocent and unarmed civilians is being done and the whole world including UN have to be mute spectators because of the basic and fundamental defects in the constitution of UN have not been rectified. This is the highest time these defects are rectified by the General Assembly. Let General Assembly wake up after decades of slumber and rectify the defects as proposed above..
