MO Investment Idea – Cholamandalam Inv. & Fin. (CMP : INR1137 TP : INR1420, 25% Upside, Buy) · Chola has strategically broadened its footprint to reduce the cyclicality, which is evident in its loan mix where Non-auto now accounts for ~40%. · We expect NIM to expand given the improvement in yields, peaking out of the cost of borrowing. We expect 7.3% NIM in FY26 up from 6.9% in FY24E. · Chola will continue to grow faster than its peers over the medium term, aided by diversified products & and gradual improvement in market share. · We expect CAGR 31% PAT CAGR over FY23-FY26E, & RoE of 21.5% in FY26E. MO Recommendation Change – Havells India TP: INR1780, Downgrade to Neutral · Havells is witnessing an early sign of benefits from an uptick in real estate, continued industrial/infrastructure-led demand, and the promising start of the summer season · We expect revenue/EBITDA/PAT CAGR of 14%/23%/26% over FY24-26. We estimate the company’s RoE/RoIC to improve to 20.6%/30.4% in FY26 vs. 17.1%/23.6% in FY24 · The stock prices have run up by 25% since our initiation. Hence, given its current valuation expensive, we are revising the rating to Neutral from BUY. For #Business, #Investment and #Jobs. Probability is very important. I see many techies became traders, when we know 90%+ traders lose money in the stock market. Similarly may be in #fantasy gaming. We do it purely out of greed. We think we are superior than those in markets for decades. Our ancestors are very wise - they said stock market as gambling. Yes, trading is a gambling. But why we are charmed by stock market so much? It can double your money in 5 minutes! But may be with probability 0.01%. Similarly it can make your hard earned half overnight may be with 10% probability (1000 times more chances). So retail traders are just on luck. Nobody can wash your money like trading. Your money is very hard earned, I understand all feel that they are sakuni mama. Those sakuni mama are losing money. All make fools saying that people jump in stock market without technical analysis. Remember nobody will put 10 Lakh worth of money without proper study. Also baap of charts, who use to teach lakhs, himself suffered 2.5 crore loss! I am doing technical analysis for two decades. Nothing works as per charts. Today everything is algo trading and its nearly impossible to guess. Save your hard earned capital. All share brighter side of story. I also analyzed rounding bottom chart of Tanla and took it on 40s and sold in 1000. What they don't tell is I bought 10 other stocks. Most of the companies did fraud and SEBI mercilessly took them out of trading overnight including Dabangg producer, birla power and what not. Most of trading components are made to losing side. If you purchase out of money weekly option of 55 rs. And market not moved, your option value depreciate automatically move to 0.05 rs in 4 days. Now if you invested 10 Lakh, it will be zero. Also better to not even purchase stock. If satyam, IIFL, Yes bank can fraud any company can disappear. Best is to invest in mutual funds when market is low. If you see FY22 in rising market overall traders make losses averaging more than a lakh per individual. Courtesy - Moneycontrol Like and share, save other enthusiast sakuni mama.

Woahhhhhh...great news for traders and risk takers! 😲 Today, the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) declared that investors of all categories would now have the opportunity to engage in short-selling. However, SEBI explicitly denied permission for naked short-selling. Additionally, the regulatory body clarified that all stocks trading in the futures and options segment are eligible for short-selling. Let us know what actually short selling means? Basically, short selling is a trading strategy where an investor sells a financial instrument (such as stocks) that they do not currently own, with the expectation that its price will decrease. How short selling typically works? 1. Borrowing: The investor borrows the asset from a broker, usually paying a fee for the borrowed amount. 2. Selling: The investor sells the borrowed asset in the market at its current market price. 3. Waiting for a Price Decline: The investor aims to buy back the same asset later at a lower price, intending to profit from the difference between the selling price and the later, lower buying price. 4. Return of Borrowed Assets: The investor returns the borrowed assets to the broker. This is how short selling actually takes place. So actually here, short sellers are betting that the price of the asset they sold short will fall, allowing them to repurchase the asset at a lower price and make a profit. It's a strategy used by traders and investors to profit from downward movements in the market. However, short selling involves risks, as there is unlimited potential for losses if the price of the asset being shorted rises instead of falls. I think it's an good opportunity for traders to make money from money. What are your views on this decision?
