Reflecting on the halfway mark of my MBA journey at INSEAD it's been nothing short of a rollercoaster. The past six months have been an intense blend of learning and growth, having navigated close to 18 courses, each presenting its unique set of challenges and insights. But more than the academic rigor, the friends I've made from around the globe have truly enriched this experience. Their diverse perspectives and backgrounds have added layers of depth to my understanding of the world and myself. This journey has been a profound exploration of self. With every case study, group project, and classroom discussion, I've delved deeper into understanding who I am, my values, and my aspirations. It's a process of continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning—about myself and the world around me. The compact nature of the INSEAD MBA, condensed into a short, 10 months intense period, has honed my ability to make decisions swiftly and prioritize what's truly important. It's a skill that I find invaluable, not just in the professional realm but also in my personal life. The pace at which we move here mirrors the velocity of the business world, preparing us to thrive in environments that demand agility and decisiveness. A small but significant reminder in every lecture sits in front of me—a name tag. This name tag, though simple, symbolizes so much more. It reminds me why I embarked on this journey, why I chose INSEAD, and why pursuing an MBA has been a dream for as long as I can remember. It represents my commitment, aspirations, and the path I've chosen to fulfill them. As I stand at this midpoint, I am filled with gratitude. Grateful for the knowledge gained, the friendships forged, and the personal growth experienced. I'm excited about the next half of this journey, its challenges, and the opportunities to further shape my future.

🎊 As 2024 begins, what an incredible year it has been! I'm reflecting on the personal development I've experienced over the past year with gratitude! 💪 🧑🎓 In 2023, I successfully completed my Professional Doctorate program (PD) in Business Administration from European International University. I'm thrilled to start the year with this new title, and I can't wait until the end of January when I will receive my certificate and be able to share some photos from the ceremony. 🤓 Additionally, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in Wharton's prestigious Global C-Suite Program - an executive development experience like no other. Over the next 12 months, I will continue studying alongside 90+ Executive leaders from around the world, gaining strategic insights and building lifelong connections. 😃 The start of this prestigious program has left me feeling energized and excited for all the opportunities that lie ahead. I am incredibly grateful for the support that has enabled my continuous learning.
