Reflecting on a busy three days in Anaheim for the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Councils and Networks Summit. Here are 5 things I took away from a really productive meeting: 1. SEMA recognizes and understands that the biggest threats to the automotive aftermarket right now are in the legal and regulatory arena. The organization is investing heavily in tackling these issues, and the results are starting to show. Karen Bailey-Chapman's addition to the D.C. office is a game changer. We are in good hands with her at the helm. 2. Speaking of being in good hands, I am happy to report that the SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) is in GREAT hands moving forward. Our newest Select Committee members - Emily Boden, Evan Cook, Robert Fisher, Zack Hampton, and Dave Kass - bring a diverse skill set and a ton of enthusiasm to the position. I look forward to working with each of them over the coming year. 3. I continue to be amazed at the enthusiasm and passion that people have for the automotive aftermarket. With all of the changes happening in and around the industry it would be easy for folks to get scared and discouraged. And yet time and time again folks just roll up their sleeves and get to work supporting the industry they love. 4. If there was an overarching theme, it was probably communication and transparency. From staff to the board of directors to volunteer leadership everyone seems to recognize the need for more communication and improved transparency as we expand into new technologies and face down the challenges to our industry. 5. #SEMAFest looks like it will be an interesting event. I for one came away with even more of an understanding of why SEMA is taking this on. That said, we still have some work to do on communicating exactly what it is and how all the pieces fit together. I look forward to seeing what Tom Gattuso and his team put together as we continue through the summer and into the fall season.

How I sparked the FSM:GO Internal Launch event? 🚀 ✨ As part of the FRAMOS marketing team, I recently had the opportunity to organize and conduct an internal launch event for our new product FSM:GO. Here's how I turned it into my first successful internal launch: Ownership - I accepted the challenge and took full ownership of the internal event. From planning to execution, I made sure that every detail was aligned with our idea. Engagement – I engaged my colleagues, encouraging excitement and curiosity. By sharing facts about FSM:GO, I encouraged interest and participation. Collaboration - I collaborated with multiple teams, leveraging their expertise. Together we created excitement around a new product. Feedback Loop - During the event, I actively sought feedback. This allowed us to iterate and improve, ensuring continued growth. Remember, internal launches are opportunities to spark creativity, foster collaboration, and foster innovation. Good luck with yours! 🤞 #FRAMOS #Innovation #LaunchEvent
Get ready for an exciting journey with FSM:GO! 🚀

No better testament to your differentiation than a client saying - we see the difference ! Better than anything I or anyone can say - better than the best marketing slide or video - in the end the client and client teams seeing it - it is the ultimate acid test. #bettertogether #syniti #datafirst.

It‘s time to celebrate! 🏆 We are joining forces with our digital workforce! We often tend to be overwhelmed by our work challenges… new regulatory topics, process challenges, digital hurdles … way too many topics at the same time. No matter where you look, a million tasks waiting for you. You finish one while you get two new ones. Frustrating sometimes. Thus, it is even more important to enjoy success! Hold your breath for a moment and reflect on what has been achieved! Today was such a moment! In our team, we jointly defined our key milestones, our „lighthouse projects“, with each team member having his/her own. Quite big projects actually that drive our Procurement transformation. Last week, we accomplished the first one. Our first Procurement robot went live: Mr Excelsius has joined the team to support us in analysis and communication tasks! We are super proud! The concept of educating a purchaser to become a robot programmer was a test run, a new step in the continuous digitalization of Ergo Procurement. An adventure we totally believed in from day 1. The go-live has proven us right! All congratulations go out to Simone Kolbe ! Phantastic achievement! It shows again, that it is more than worth to believe in your own development and capabilities. Things that seemed to be impossible just a few months before have now become reality. ❤️ And the next completed lighthouse projects are just around the corner 🏆
