Transverse Plane 101😵💫 Crossfit is one of the most demanding and well rounded sports, there’s no doubt about that. But one thing this sport is missing is rotation! Crossfit style movements (deadlifts, pull ups, squats) are primarily based in the sagittal plane, therefore, promoting the same muscle groups over and over!
