The temperature standard for storing and transporting frozen food hasn't changed in nearly a century, but research has shown that a shift from -18ºC to -15ºC can reduce emissions, cut supply chain costs and safeguard food resources for the world's growing population. Launched at #COP28 last year, we are proud to be a founding member of #MoveToMinus15, an industry-wide coalition that aims to redefine frozen food temperature standards. Every year, global logistics companies move millions of tonnes of frozen food at a temperature of -18°C.
