The group is a mix of optometrists, opticians, and administrative staff. It's focused on entrepreneurship and innovation in eyecare. You'll read a lot of new tech, practice management solutions, staffing, and optical profitability. 2. Deeper Than LinkedIn. Healthcare is unfortunately a brag-fest on LinkedIn of this speaking gig and this award. Come to the FB group for stimulating conversation to help colleagues grow their practices. The more you add value, the more people will help you. 3. New technology discovery. The newest tech isn't realest at Vision Expo, it's shared through private conversations 2 years before you hear about it. I'm fortunate to be in the tech circle of a small group of innovators and openly share what's new so you can deploy in your practice earlier. 4. Hustle. Cheesy, right?
