#intensives, a reminder: You don't have to have a diagnosis or even wonder about it to use the tools. Not ADHD but find it easier to take your meds with an alarm? Set alarms. Not autistic but find it easier to function with loop earplugs? Get loop earplugs. Not lefthanded but find it easier to use a saw with your left hand? Get a lefty saw. It doesn't matter why the tool works for you. It just matters that it works. (and protip: if you notice yourself being angry that someone else has access to a tool, consider that maybe it would work for you, too. Give it a shot.)
