We are a small business that runs on an Entrepreneurial Operating system (EOS). To be honest, I drank the Kool-Aid. Half-assing EOS kind of works, but as soon as you full-ass it, that's when the magic happens. We've been half-assing for years and are just making the switch. If you are feeling frustrated with internal communication, feel you have the wrong people, or just aren't gaining traction; EOS may help. When I envisioned Management for Locums (MFL), I knew that integration was more than a fancy feature. Paving the way for these integrations from the early days was a strategic move, and now, as we approach exciting milestones, I'm thrilled to see the groundwork paying off.
