Texas is set to host the first gravitational storage facility in a Western country! It will be built by Energy Vault, a Swiss company that’s a pioneer of this innovative technology. Through an agreement, Enel Green Power & Energy Vault will share information about the technology at all stages of the project & evaluate possible joint developments in areas of common interest. Energy Vault has also entered into an exclusive partnership with architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) to work on projects using its gravity energy storage technology. We're excited to see the impact of Energy Vault's technology being integrated into buildings in the years to come! https://t.ly/TrojR If you’re a cleantech employer & need help scaling your workforce efficiently with top tier candidates, send Catherine McLean or Aimee Bigwood a message directly. It's encouraging to see architecture firms start to design buildings not just with energy storage in mind, but actually AROUND energy storage along with clean energy generation. Absolutely the best time to integrate clean technology into a building!
